Laura and Matt’s weddingg at the historic Fairmont Palliser wedding in downtown Calgary represented my second wedding of the year and quite frankly was an amazing event that was coordinated by Shannon Valente Weddings.  These two are truly truly beautiful souls with a great sense of style and honesty and the ability to laugh at each other and themselves.  I truly felt sincere love between these two even before the wedding day when I spent time with them during their engagement session which was also in downtown Calgary.  Their super-fun and classy affair was a luxurious feast for the senses to say the least, but far from a stuffy event that you might expect when taking place at such a high-end venue.  They brought in the team from Flash Co. Photobooth to keep their guests entertained all night while the sounds of their DJ kept the room all smiles.  As always, Tamara Jones provided a beautiful delivery to the ceremony, keeping everyone laughing and relaxed as their marriage commissioner.

Their spring wedding on a Saturday was met with beautiful blue skies and a near scorching (not really) summer heat which allowed us the opportunity to travel freely and take advantage of such a perfect spring wedding day.
